How do I get the updates?

After you have purchased the product, you will receive an e-mail, containing one of the following:

• full version download links and installation password OR
• a 25 digit license key

If you received a 25 digit license key

If you received a 25 digit license key (e.g. 12345-12345-12345-12345-12345), you can easily update the software by downloading the latest version from our website and installing it over the previous version. Your settings will be preserved.

If you received download links and installation password

If you received full version download links and installation pasword (and not a 25 digit license key), it means that trial version of this product can not be turned into full version.

To update your software, you must re-download the latest version from the download links provided in your purchase info e-mail and re-install it over the previous version. Your settings will be preserved.

If you have lost your key or your product info

If you have lost the e-mail containing your purchase information, please click here for instructions on getting a replacement.
